Our logo says it all: we want to connect women to God and each other. We do that through the five purposes of our church: fellowship, outreach, spiritual maturity, ministry, and worship. Each purpose is supported by women working together to reach out to all women in our church, to women outside our church, and to people in need, all in exciting, creative, and new ways.
Busy Hands Ministry
If you enjoy needle crafts, knitting, crocheting, cross stitching and serving others then Busy Hands offers you the perfect opportunity. Participants create sweaters, hats and scarves, lap blankets and a whole variety of hand crafted items for those in need within our church and in the world. Monday Night Ladies' Bible Study
Monday night Ladies' Bible study meets on twice a month at Starbucks on Hwy. 41 near the church. They are using the book Boundaries and the workbook by Henry Cloud and John Townsend. It deals with the importance of boundaries in our lives that God created for our health and well-being. The book is available at any Christian bookstore, BAM or http://www.cbd.com/. Wednesday Morning Bible Study/Circle
The Wednesday Morning Bible Study uses a study guide series that looks at each book of the Bible, chapter by chapter, called Shepherd's Notes: When You Need a Guide Through the Scriptures. It provides a lesson on the essentials of each chapter rather than a detailed study. They meet the first Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
