"Growing God's Vision" Anniversary/Commitment Service and Groundbreaking

On May 18^th, we will celebrate the wonderful work God is doing at Mars Hill Presbyterian Church through our "Growing God's Vision" campaign and building program.  During both services on the 18th, we will have the opportunity to reaffirm or adjust our commitments.  Our newest members will have an opportunity to make a two-year commitment.  At 11:45, we will continue our celebration with a groundbreaking service at the site of the new fellowship hall followed by a covered dish lunch - bring your favorite dish to share.    Please take a moment to sign-up for the lunch in the narthex so that we may have seating planned for everyone.  Look for a  "Growing God's Vision" newsletter in the mail that will provide more details along with an update from our building committee. 

Busy Hands Ministry

This is an outreach ministry for all women who like to sew, crochet, knit, quilt, needlepoint... or would like to learn!  The work of our hands will be used to reach & comfort others in times of need inside our congregation, in our community, and worldwide.  Patterns and projects will also be available to those who cannot make our meeting/fellowship times during month but would like to participate in the ministry from time to time.  Contact Pam Scholtens , (678) 354-5955 if you'd like more information.
